4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by V8 Artistry LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and Venmo. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because V8 Artistry creates custom print products, returns and refunds are limited to items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refunds are issued only for verified defects in the product.

Clients must provide proof of defect (e.g., photographs) for verification.

Returns due to dissatisfaction with approved designs are not eligible for refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, designs, artwork, images, graphics, logos, and text displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of V8 Artistry LLC, unless otherwise noted. All rights are reserved.

V8 Artistry reserves the right to display completed artworks in its portfolio, on its website, or in marketing materials. By purchasing a commissioned piece, you grant V8 Artistry a non-exclusive right to reproduce the artwork for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
