SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing begins after payment is received and artwork approvals are finalized, if applicable.
Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, the typical transit time is 5 to 9 business days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
Standard shipments are sent via UPS Ground. V8 Artistry LLC may use a comparable service at its discretion when required to meet delivery needs.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is provided at no charge for eligible orders. Any optional expedited services, if offered, will be billed at the rate displayed at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Standard shipping is not available to certain addresses or locations, including international destinations and P.O. boxes. Additional restrictions may apply based on carrier limitations or address verification results. If an order cannot be shipped to the address provided, V8 Artistry LLC will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking information becomes active after the carrier scans the package, which may take 24 to 48 hours from the time you receive the tracking notice.
Address Accuracy and Non-Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. V8 Artistry LLC is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped once an updated address is provided; additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk of Loss and Title
Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. V8 Artistry LLC is not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, labor disputes, or natural disasters.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, contact v8artistry@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date, or within 7 days of the last carrier scan for lost packages. Please include photos of any damage and your order number. V8 Artistry LLC will assist with a carrier claim and will provide a remedy in accordance with the Returns and Refunds section of these Terms.
